Due to the C-groove in the aluminium profile that easily holds an optional sensor, the AXDV-C volumetric dosing valve is also called the “C-valve”. This small heart of a dosing system delivers big benefits: Used successfully by countless users in at least 50 countries, the valve ensures process reliability in the application of all kinds of lubricants. The AXDV-C applies the lubricant exactly with a defined dosing volume – consistently clean, with no waste, and with the highest repeat accuracy.
It is controlled by an external pneumatic valve or an electro-pneumatic 5/2-way magnetic valve from ABNOX. Complicated hose systems are eliminated. By the way, versions with a handle to initiate the process are available as well: The AXDV-C-PN/HG/SV.
Thanks to its highly pressure-resistant construction, the AXDV-C that is available in four sizes works flawlessly with pressures up to 200 bar. This eliminates the need for material pressure regulators, for example, and simplifies the dosing system.
